Terms and Conditions
VunderLAN 3.0 is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of VunderLAN terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. LAN organizers or LAN organization is a reference to VunderLAN Staff and VunderLAN organizers.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
VunderLAN 3.0 is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of VunderLAN terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. LAN organizers or LAN organization is a reference to VunderLAN Staff and VunderLAN organizers.
RULES & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT
Registrant contestants must register under their legal surname, in combination with their legal first name and middle initial or middle name. Aliases or nicknames may not be used by Registrant contestants while registering at the event.
Registrant agrees not to submit a registration containing forged, fraudulent, false or misleading information. All registrations are subject to verification. If a registration is found to contain forged, fraudulent, false or misleading information, it will be removed, and Registrant will be banned from participation in this and any future VunderLAN event.
Registrant agrees to immediately provide the organizers with updated registration information in the event that any of the information changes or becomes obsolete.
All prizes at VunderLAN events are promised for supply by third party Sponsors. VunderLAN is not responsible for any deficiency or delay in the delivery, condition, or value of any prizes or awards.
If any trouble or disturbance is caused by any participant and the participant does not comply with the VunderLAN staff. The VunderLAN organizers and staff can ask the participant to exit the event. In such case, the troublesome participant will have his/her clan disqualified from any competitions. This also complies with any visitors which will be accompanied with him/her.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the event and there will be no tolerance to anyone who would introduce alcohol at the event. Anyone caught with alcohol at the event either carrying or drinking will be expelled from the event. Anyone entering the event with the effects of alcohol will be asked to exit the event and the VunderLAN staff and organizers cannot be held liable for anything which happens or is caused by the participant/s which is under the effect of alcohol.
Although there is a small tolerance for foul language an excessive amount of foul language will get the participant/s disqualified from any competitions. This also applies to any visitors which accompany any participant/s.
Clans which have discussions or problems during a tournament and disagreements between clans on anything during the event, the VunderLAN staff and organizers have the last say on the discussion and the participant/s must accept the resolution proposed by the VunderLAN staff and organizers.
Schedules are to be kept strict and no-one will be allowed to change the schedule or timetable of the tournaments. The tournament will be provided from before the event which will include the tournament timings and timetable. The names which will be played first will be filled up with a raffle which will take place on Friday at noon. Once the raffle has been launched and set the participant/s does not have any right to change or modify the tournament. This is to ensure that all tournaments will be held in a strict and efficient way so that no delays and problems with the tournaments arise.
Stealing and vandalism is strictly punished by law and VunderLAN staff and organizers are not liable for any theft and vandalism caused by any participant/s or visitors. All participants are liable to their own personal belongings and any theft or vandalism will be reported to the authorities. Security will be organized by the VunderLAN staff but they are not liable for any lost items. Participant/s must be responsible and keep an eye on his/her own personal belongings.
VunderLAN staff and organizers are not liable if any participant/s or visitor/s has any medical condition and him/her or any parent/s or guardian/s must be responsible to provide any medical treatment or medicine. VunderLAN staff and organizers cannot be held responsible to take care of such conditions.
